The new economic system and corporate empires are interesting additions to the game, and I'd love to be able to give you full and fleshed out impressions of them, but it's impossible to properly play the game due to software related stuttering that begins in the mid-game and gets progressively worse, enemy AI is also completely defunct removing any challenge from the game and to cap it all off there's an absolute plethora of other less serious bugs.
